Artist’s statement
Jose del Palo is a Spanish painter who resides in Germany. His work has been showcased in group and solo exhibitions throughout Europe. By translating the theme of performance in society through his art, he places the viewer in the middle of an intimate experience. In doing so, the work stimulates an encounter with the audience’s own fears and desires. Del Palo refers to his style as “fluid-realism”.
