1.2. For Sellers (Artists, Collectives, and Companies):

Depending on the seller type (individual, collective, or legal entity), we collect:

  • Login Data: Username and password
  • Contact Data: Email address and phone number
  • Identification Documents: Government-issued identity documents (for individual artists and all members of collectives); ID of the legal representative (for companies)
  • Banking Details: RIB/IBAN/SWIFT for individuals and each member of collectives; company IBAN for legal entities
  • Biography and Professional Background: Including creative achievements, exhibitions, awards, and activity descriptions
  • Company Data: Legal name, registration number, tax ID, and legal address
  • Artist Identity Data: Information voluntarily provided by artists that may relate to gender identity, sexual orientation, artistic pseudonyms, biographies, and artistic themes that express intimate or personal identity. This may constitute special categories of data under GDPR.

We do not store full credit card or payment details on our servers. All transactions are securely processed by third-party providers. We only retain anonymized transaction references.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Performance of a contract: To fulfill purchases or agreements you enter into with us.
